Questions about our new platform

Where are my tickets?

All your tickets are still in your account, except for tickets you purchased for lotteries that the new platform does not support. If you had pending tickets for those lotteries, the purchase price for those tickets has been refunded and was added to your account balance.

What happens to my balance?

Your old balance is still the same on our new website

Where is my 12€ bonus?

The €12,00 bonus will be given to all players that meet all the following criteria:

  1. you have purchased a ticket in the past,
  2. and you have successfully changed your password and clicked the link in the verification email that was sent to you.

We add that bonus manually, and it can take up to 24 hours after your login for the amount to show up in your balance.

What happens with my pending withdrawal

If you have made a withdrawal request, but have not provided us with the required documents or information, then that withdrawal has been canceled. The withdrawal amount has been added to your player balance again.

If you have provided us with the necessary documents and information and your withdrawal is still pending, it will be processed within five days.

When will the Keno games be back?

We are currently working on bringing Keno games back. Your patience is appreciated!

What about my old Keno tickets?

All Keno tickets with pending draws have been canceled, and the ticket price has been credited to your player account.

What about my KYC documents?

We still have the KYC documents you have provided us with for a previous withdrawal, and you will not have to send them once again.
