Do I get a scanned copy of my ticket?

Yes. Once you have paid for your tickets, you will see the numbers you have picked in your account. Just click “My tickets”. It will take a little while until our agents have bought and scanned your tickets, but usually, two to three hours after your purchase you will be able to see a scanned copy of your ticket in your account as well.

Due to high demand, it can sometimes happen that there is a delay in the process of uploading the tickets for some of the lotteries. If due to the delay, the scans were not uploaded by the time of the draw, tickets will no longer be scanned.

In any case, you can rest assured that you are still ordering a real ticket, and that the ticket has been bought, even if the scan is not there!
